Chief Administration Officer

Black Creek Workshop LLC is seeking a highly motivated,  organized individual to carry out the management of daily operations for this Historic Preservation Firm. Duties will include scheduling projects and employees, developing and maintaining systems for daily operation and administrative tasks including payroll, accounting and bookkeeping. Previous experience using scheduling software, quickbooks pro, and or other office programming is desired. The successful candidate must be able to communicate well with others, be trust worthy, dependable and handle great responsibility. The individual we are seeking will be able to implement systems and management practices that will better structure our company and allow for future growth and expansion within the Historic Preservation Field. Full time position. Pay commensurate with experience.
